What we collect and why

We do not sell your data. We do not read your documents except to fix a problem you report.
Emails we send
- Paid orders: one receipt email with your download link, sent after we confirm your payment. This is part of the service you paid for.
- Free files: we never email them. If you give your address we store it, marked unconfirmed, with the boxes you ticked. We will only write to it after you confirm it from a confirmation email.
- Offers: only if you ticked "Send me occasional offers". Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
- Free files: deleted after 24 hours.
- Paid files: deleted after 7 days.
- Your email and consent record: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we delete it.
Legal basis
Sending your files and receipt: to perform the contract you asked for. Offers: your consent, which you can withdraw any time with the unsubscribe link or by email.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
